EXPERIENCE
From 09/2003 to present time: self-employment IT consultant and project manager. In particular, I am working for “Telecomstroy”. My duties include analysis and redesign of the company’s information system.
From 09/2002 to 08/2003: “Russian Laboratory”, research examination center in the field of industrial safety expertise. I headed of the software development department. In my team were 5 developers, 1QA and tech. writer. We are developed 3-tiers information system for working with heightened dangerous technical units in the gas and oil industry. We are used: C#, T-SQL, XML, ADO.NET, MFC, C++, MS SQL Server 2000. The key system features are the following: easy to maintenance, easy to customization, Web-services based generic solution. My duties included: research of the system requirements, system architecture design, team and resources management on all stages of design, implementation and stabilization. From 07/2002 to 12/2002: “Telecomstroy”, consultant. I have developed requirement’s specification for the company information system. Business processes investigation and description. Documentations and system architecture development. MS Visio, IDEF0.
From 09/2000 to 08/2002: Arcadia, Inc. Arcadia (>100 persons, ISO certification in progress) is Russian offshore software development company. Project manager.
I headed the “Applications Server” department. We are developed 3- and 2-tiers systems based on .Net. In my department were 9 developers, 3 Q&A engineers, and one technical writer organized in three teams.
The main employed languages, tools, and technologies are the following: VB.NET, T-SQL, PL/SQL, ASP, ASP.NET, Java Script, COM, LDAP, XML, ADO, ADO.NET, MFC, VB6, C++, MS SQL Server, and Oracle.
My duties included: research of the Customer's requirements, preparation of the Software Requirements Specification and its coordination with the Customer, system architecture design, team and resources management on all stages of implementation and testing.
Two projects (see Attachment) have been delivered to the Customer with success. Also, several small projects have been completed under my management.
From 12/1999 to 09/2000: System architecture designer and senior developer in small offshore software development company. 3 developers worked in my team. We developed client-server software systems.

From 12/1998 to 09/1999: developer and IT consultant. I worked on a contract basis for two German IT companies: Market-Media Consulting Network SPB and Beycodent Baeyer & Co GmbH. The main employed languages, tools and technologies: MS VC++, T-SQL, COM, ODBC, and MFC.
From 1996 to 12/1998: Project manager and general manager in small software development company Nuclon. The developed projects are described at the site.
From 1994 to 1996: Chief Production Officer of the French-Russian joint venture Lepton (multimedia software development).
From 1987 to 1994: State Optical Institute. Research assistant in physics.

OTHER
Traveled to USA, Norway, and Finland for meetings with customers and discussion of their requirements and software architecture. My hobbies are sport and photography.
